A massage gun is a percussive tool that helps with recovery by helping to reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, break up scar tissue, and stimulate nerve receptors. When combined with PT-assisted stretching, your body will leave feeling lighter, more mobile, and overall restored! ($80/session - 30 mins)
